Meet Kenneth

The Overview
Our founding trainer and endurance specialist is known in the fitness world as “the trainer that cares.” We assure you, he does not take the title lightly. Kenneth has the unique ability to inspire and motivate his clients while providing challenging and results driven workouts.

The Story
As a self proclaimed adrenalin junky and adventure extraordinaire, Kenneth found his fitness to be the key to leading a fulfilling life. In fact one of our company mottos comes from his personal outlook; “being fit means never having to say no to an adventure” and Kenneth hasn’t.

From skydiving over the Palm islands, to his PADI open water scuba diving certification Kenneth has had physically challenging experiences all over the world. He ran with the bulls in Huston Texas, climbed the Haiku stairs in Honolulu Hawaii, Completed Spartan Race trifectas and Ultra Marathons, sometimes checking off 26 endurance events a year, he even completed a Death Race qualifying event! The secret to his adventures; his dedication to training and functional fitness.

Overcoming Adversity
No secret to setbacks Kenneth has faced numerous injuries and training challenges, as do we all. In fact, his first memory of life is the series of flashes he had between blackouts, stemming from a head injury at age 2. When playing in the driveway he fell, fractured his skull and lost the hearing in his right ear. Surviving this at such a young age has given him a special understanding and concern for injury and recovery. He knows how to overcome adversity and propel his clients to accomplishments they never dreamed possible.

Kenneth has positively impacted my overall health and well being. In Feb 2018 I suffered a neck injury that left me with nerve damage and weakness to my left arm. In June 2018, I met with Kenneth and explained my injury. He carefully and thoughtfully modified each workout to help me regain my strength without risking re injury. Over the course of 9 months, I lost 20 lbs and was stronger than I’d ever been (and pain free)! Thanks to the training, guidance and encouragement of Kenneth.
